Got a lemon

I’ve purchased Pfister in the past because I felt it is a reputable brand. Purchased Pfister again last month for our bathroom remodel. The design, fit and finish were top notch…..but that’s where it ended. Plumbed it in with no problems, turned the shower on for a trial run and all was great until I tried to turn it off…..and it wouldn’t shut off. Just continued at a fast drip, drip, drip…..about 2-3 gallons per hour. I removed the cartridge and inspected/cleaned it about 7-8 times but it conti...

I bought this product and another Pfister shower faucet, initially was happy but both, within 2 months started leaking, and have continued to worsen. I tried to contact Pfister to no avail. From what I can tell it they both should be covered under warranty, but not sure how to get ahold of them. Any recommendations, let me know!

Compliments my bathroom

Straight forward very easy to install IF you have an acess panel to the back of your shower. I did not so it took me longer to cut drywall and buy an acess panel the right size. Glad i did, because now i always have access. Be carful when installing due to the set screws are small. Cover your tub drain tightly so you don't lose any screws. Pfister Vaneria This is solid and will be an easy install. We'll be installing this in our cabin this summer. Ill do an uodate after we get it installed. The brushed nickel finish is really nice- not cheap looking. It should stay looking nice for many years. Its very well built- not cheap feeling at all.

I really like the way this set looks in my shower. The finish is very easy to clean and it does not show spots. The showerhead is very large and creates a very comfortable, rain like, shower effect. It was easy to swap this out for my old set. Took about an hour and a half using basic handtools like an adjustable wrench and Phillips head screwdriver. Sharp look

I’m not a huge fan of single faucet showers – especially when the temperature range setting is under neath the flange. The quality of the lower parts (handle, cover plate and tub faucet) all seem high quality with a nice brushed finish, the valve came with threaded fittings so no soldering necessary. The shower head seems like it’s half metal and half plastic – not what I would expect from a faucet in this tier – but maybe it’ll be less likely to build up mineral deposits that way, who knows. ...

High quality tub and shower trim and valve kit

The parts to this trim and valve kit were very well packaged as to not get damaged during shipping. Instructions were very easy to follow and installation was easier than expected. As I've come to expect with this brand the quality is top notch, especially at this price point. The brush nickel finish looks great and really enhances the bathroom too.
