I don’t know if I like this product or not. One of the reasons I purchased it was that Lowe’s provides installation. Yeah, right! I arrange my schedule to be home for the appointment. They wait until they are due to arrive to send me an email rescheduling it. I don’t think I want to deal with Lowe’s ever again.

Good quality, easy install.

The product is made of metal (except sprayer) and feels really well made. Installation was really easy, everything works great. Hardest part was getting the old faucet out. It comes with a plate to cover 3 holes or can be installed if you have a single hole.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kwan Culinary Kitchen faucet is a beauty. Its brushed metal look is refined and matches many interior decor designs. It has the gorgeous industrial-look spiral neck. The hose feels strong. The only part of the design I am not a huge fan of is the black buttons on the spout. Otherwise, this is a great addition to my kitchen. It has a base as well for a complete look. This is a great way to elevate my kitchen sink.

I only had to order a steel plug for the old faucets sprayer that was no longer needed due to this faucets dual functionality. The only thing that I could remark on that was negative was the weight on the hose isn't quite enough to firmly secure the faucet head back into place. It still needs a little ...
