I got these shipped to store to be able to check for damage during shipping. 2 weeks to come in but great product. All six cases were perfectly packaged and no damage at all. Finished product looks so much better than using the laminate flooring and nose edge on the steps. Worth it

Stair treads do not match floors

I purchased the DuraCraft RE Tahoe Oak 22-mil x 9-in W x 47-in L Waterproof Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring. I ordered this stair tread and the stair nose as this was the recommended matching stair tread and neither of them match. They are completely off.

They look Great!

I ordered 8 boxes, 2 treads/risers per box. Only had one damaged corner and was able to remake the mitered edge. However, I was not able to use the risers. They’re made of particle board and I needed something more durable to cut to size. I bought pine boards painted them white and cut everything to size. I used loctite PL fast grab on the treads and returns and a few small Brad nails on returns. They look great and it was a good option for open ended stairs.

Horrible customer service

I ordered the stair treads January 25th. They were supposed to be delivered February 3rd. At the end of The day I was expecting a delivery, I instead saw that my package was delayed. No explanation no phone number to call, not even an email letting me know it was delayed. I simply was refreshing my order. Product keeps getting damged in shipping

I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience. This is the 4th time I've received this treads, and each time it has arrived damaged. The corners were cracked/smashed. The packaging seems insufficient for such a delicate, heavy item. While the product itself looks great in the pictures, seems like it would be useful, I can't even use it due to the repeated shipping damage. Matches perfectly with Pergo hickory jewell flooring and the product is made of strong, solid materials that look and feel of quality.

Horrible Replacement For Previous Stair Noses

The official stair-noses prior to these were far better, far more affordable, and far easier to install. For triple the price-per-stair, and a voided warranty if you don't use the officially supported stair-nose option, I'm not happy with this as a replacement.

Shipped Product Came Damaged

I only got one box shipped and it looks like they tried to wrap the edges with harder cardboard and still the edges were damaged. We will be cutting it off so not a huge deal, but waiting to see the rest of the order….
