Pergo Manufacturer is a rip off

I bought 7 boxes of Marble Rome to have my kitchen redone and I’m a disabled senior, I can’t pay for labor and for inconveniences of bad products needing to be replaced. Every box either didn’t have a lip to connect or had a long gold (obvious line) across the whole plank. This is unacceptable Pergo!!! There should be product inspections before items are packed into boxes to leave you warehouse. This is unacceptable i need help to get these 7 boxes replaced

I told them I was willing to bring all of the tiles back, but they could not replace the defective box with the correct one. It’s very unfortunate because the design is actually beautiful, but the problem with this one box has ruined the entire project.

almost looks like real porcelain tile

overall very pleased. did not struggle with install, but I have a couple of different "tapping blocks". a good "tapping block" will save the day and make installation easier. usually what's included for a tapping block in an install kit is not adequate. buy one that is larger and has more options to avoid hitting the tab on the floor - once tab is damaged you are kind of out of luck. overall pleased with outcome (see pic), but did notice some light wear after I did install which has me a li...
