I am very dissatisfied with Lowes regarding windows installation with the lack of quality and customer support. Since I bought the Pella windows, everything was a nightmare. It took two years to get this project done. I had many issues such as ordering wrong window, failing to install windows properly by Farrow Construction, lack of communication with Lowes installation team, etc. I could not believe that it was hard to get help from the store. 4 months and still not finished installation
Good window, bad installation. Purchased 8 windows in Feb 2025, 1st window installed 5/16/25, and as of 8/15/25 still incomplete. I can't recommend this, we have exposed wood siding for 4 months and still not sure when they will finish. Nice windows, but avoid Vista installation. -You pay 100% up front, so there is no urgency or any leverage for them to finish.

not sturdy and 1 out of 9 windows will not work
one out of 9 windows does not work and window is bowed, top and bottom (not the frame that could be caused by install) I just started the replacement process I offered to purchase the replacement upfront to get the ball rolling. Get this the desk person I was talking to did not have time to assist me right then.
