We have had nothing but issues with this door. It leaks excessively inside when it rains in the track, to the point the entire track inside is filling up. Lowe’s installer came and stated it was likely an issue with the door seal. Sent Pella out who advised they are “designed to leak” and offered to drill some additional holes in the track so when the water came in it could drain back outside faster. Went ahead and said no to that. If we wanted a door that leaked we would have kept our old one. ...
