We received the wrong-size door for this product. We contacted Lowe’s customer service, but they were unable to help and told us to contact the manufacturer. We’ve tried reaching the manufacturer multiple times with no response. This has been extremely frustrating and feels like a scam.

This shed was very affordable, however after putting it together I see why. I had all the correct parts at least. 90 % of the holes were not properly aligned. This project took 3times longer than expected. A-lot of the metal was bent or needed bent in order to even put it together. Some of the screws they suggested were mot even long enough to fasted pieces together. My advice is to spend the money on a more expensive one that will actually hold up and go together reasonably.

Bought this shed and it comes with crappy instruction and is so so hard to put together, especially when the send you the wrong doors...Yes they sent me two of the same door. Also it is not weather proof or pest proof the cheaply made aluminum bends and gaps so bad there are plenty of space for water and pest to get in. The roof doesn't fit properly, the biggest issues there in no way to get a hold of the company.

This could be much better with some better quality control and thought from the manufacturer. The price is pretty good for the size, and from 10 feet away it actually looks really good, but functionally it falls short. Most of the external pieces are covered in a protective plastic wrap that is near impossible to peel off and I'm sure will start to look terrible after a year or so in the sun. The steel gauge is also extremely thin. Once the pieces are put together the shed as a whole is stable, ...
