I assembled the entire shed only to discover the doors have a 7-inch gap in between them. They are each 22 inches across, as the diagram shows, and everything else is where it should be. Waiting for Patiowell to return my email. Shed is kind of flimsy and quite tedious to put together.

I needed to cancel the order shortly after ordering the shed and before it shipped. Lowes says it's a third party vendor and gave me a number for a company that says they are not associated with the vendor. Lowes can't provide any valid contact information and referred me to the Internet, which also does not have any shipping information. Lowes associates told me to physically return the shed to Lowes after it is delivered, which wastes everyone's time.

Missing parts

Customer service is really bad with Patiowell. I bought this shed and went to assemble it, I found the four top frame connectors were missing. I sent Patiowell pictures of the model # and missing parts along with my address. They then turn right around and ask for the same info that I sent them so I send them the info all over again. very difficult installation instructions

the instructions had little to no words on them and they contradicted itself multiple times. also there was a few times where the numbers were backwards like 21 was suppose to be for part 12 and so on. got it built and it's a decent shed after spending 12 hours building it because the instructions were so bad. I've never had such horrid instructions before. only gave it 3 stars because it looks decent when it's done.
