Trimmer is great but battery weak

As stated in the title I bought this trimmer last year. I used it to edge the lawn of my one third acre yard. Worked great last year but this year the battery won’t hold a charge. I bought a replacement battery which cost almost as much as the trimmer. I will not by Prorun again. My prior trimmer’s battery lasted many years.

Incorrect Item Shipped.

Received my order couple days earlier but Lowes shipped me a Cordless Chainsaw instead of my Trimmer. Returned back to Store and place order in store to avoid getting incorrect again.

Awesome product .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not sure about pro run brand I took a chance and purchased both trimmer and leaf blower and I am so happy with my decision to get the trimmer and leaf blower. Battery life is great . I have 1/2 acre land including front yard and back yard. I trim the side edges and blow the side walks . I will still have the battery life left . I don’t have not use the second battery. No issues sofar and I recommend pro run .

It’s just as powerful as a gas trimmer.

Powerful, easy to assemble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Powerful, and easy to assemble. I do wish it came with a second battery, but the battery lasts a long-time trimming 'normal' height grass. Trimmer uses much more battery 'juice' if you start trimming 12in+ tall grass.

Great trimmer

This one beats them all.Its as powerful as any trimmer I have had.And I am really impressed with battery life I would recommend this trimmer to anyone who wants to get the job done.

Uncomplicated String Trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembly and operation is simple enough for a 63" senior woman. Reasonably quiet for a string trimmer, with a long lasting battery. Able to finish .25 acre with more than half battery remaining. Appreciate the 3 year warranty, to which was added another 3 years with ASURION. This string trimmer adds an element of fun to the weekly lawn care routine!

Defective Switch

Just picked up this trimmer today, 6/01, and put it to use. Prior to using, it was charged. It is light and cut well until it would not turn off. Defective right out of the box. So disappointing. I will consider another trimmer that was on my list. This will be returned to the store.

Worked great until it didn't

I purchased this item on May 16th 2024.It arrived on May 24th. I used it a total of two times before it stopped charging completely. Apparently, the only option at Lowe's is to return the entire weedeater.They don't replace the battery or charger. I called the company pro run and sent them 2 emails.The call was nearly the strangest thing I've ever encountered with a business. The guy answered like he was at home. And seemed to know nothing about what I was talking about. I asked if they could re...
