Satisfied, but. .
Overall we are happy with the furniture but there are some QC issues that we were surprised to have to deal with. Many of the gussets were not drilled all the way through, there was a random gouge in one of the arms

This set was easy to put together (no drilling was needed) and looks great! The cushions are great quality, comfortable, and look good with the set. We use the sofa and loveseat a lot, the dogs love to lay on them too.

Great Value, Service and Product
Excellent. Easy to put together. I don’t typically do reviews but would feel bad if I did not recognize Polywood for providing a great product, easy to assemble, and greay service. This is the 0. 1% case where the product and service actually lived up to the marketing. Great value.

Terrible quality control and timely resolution, product great but issues take way too long to resolve
Product came and couldn’t be assembled because of poor control of product. Screws can’t align or attach and have been waiting for 2 weeks with no response on any of the claims. Resolution takes way too long for the price

Couldn’t be happier!
The set is beautiful! The tables came pre assembled and the seating wasn’t too difficult to put together. No screws missing. Cushions look and feel very expensive. Great quality overall.
