What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise this foil tape for exceptional stickiness and reliable performance sealing dryer vents, HVAC ducts, and exhaust systems. The adhesive holds firmly under heat and pressure, consistently outperforming standard duct tape. Reviewers appreciate its thickness, malleability, and ease of hand-cutting, describing it as professional-grade and durable. The foil backing resists heat and conforms to irregular surfaces. A few mention difficulty peeling from backing or adhesion concerns, but these are isolated. Overall, customers consider it an excellent choice for demanding ventilation applications.

Vent Tape

I purchased the vent tape a few weeks ago. It was very helpful in repairing/covering up a hole that was in my vent. The hole developed because it was near a water pipe! Since the tape it is heat resistant, hopefully another hole will not develope.

Great Products for Durability

Would Recommend

A month ago I purchased a new gas clothes dryer from Lowe's to replace my old one that finally quit. To install and connect this new dryer, I also purchased the flexible dryer coil along with some aluminum tape. This was an excellent install to vent my dryer- replacing the old vent coil that would never stay connected and in place. Glad I purchased these extras- makes a big difference.

Do we remove the paper tape between layers?

What's the highest temperature? It's good for

Is this for dryer vents

is this rated for vent flue on water heater

Can this be used on inside of return ducts to seal where the duct meets the drywall? I can see attic insulation when looking in between the gaps.
