I love the black finish it seems very durable. I only use 2 of the 6 spay settings and the hose takes takes awhile for it to unkink and straighten out after being in the package. I would prefer a metal spiral hose that doesn't kink up.

Changing Patterns by Rotating Head is Strange
The shower head was easy to install and has good water flow. Nice variety of spray patterns. But changing patterns by rotating the entire head - rather than a lever, which is more common - takes some getting used to. The flow pattern is sometimes at rather odd angles. None of those pattern stops completely turns off the water, but I already had an in-line valve which I use for that purpose. For me personally, it's OK but I've used better.
