A Second Rate Product
After years of using Roxul, I decided to try Thermafiber for my latest insulation project. Simply put, Roxul is better. The Thermafiber batts were lumpy, fragile, and shed a lot of grit on the floor during installation. I didn't experience any of these issues with Roxul. It is well worth the extra few dollars to go with the better brand.

Great product - poor service
The product was great. Customer service - not so much. Originally ordered R-30. Kept getting emails that it was to be delivered. Waited at home for delivery, then got a new email that was to be delivered at a later date. After a several weeks of this I called and was told it was not available. Ordered the R-15 to double layer. This finally came in.
