The product works well, until it loses the wifi connection. The hub is within 3 feet of my modem and the timer is 3 feet from the hub (you can see the timer from the hub as there is a window between them) yet the hub keeps disconnecting ever couple of days.

Leaks Constantly
When it works it is convenient and great for growing/ maintaining grass. But about a year and a half after use it leaks from the main connector on the top. Also the app crashes and logs out randomly and is delayed in turning the product on or off. Sometimes it stays on even when it’s suppose to be off.

I did not use it, I returned it and installed another zone to my sprinkler system for our flowers

This was returned defective or damaged or just didn’t work. Followed instructions and videos to no avail. Called customer service and it was hard trying to get assistance. Frustrating and disappointing

Make sure you use the 2.4mhz wifi band, not the 5.
The instructions are not very clear about pressing the button on the wifi unit to get it to pair with the app. That instruction is only noted in the website instructions, not in the app for setting up the wifi unit. Otherwise once it was set up it worked seamlessly with my wifi and the phone app for remote control.

Terrible product
Just bought it. Hose tap won't connect. Says it needs an update but just sits there. Others online have same problem, orbit says it's a defective timer. Gee thanks for knowingly selling people defective products. Fire your software team. Rubbish engineering.
