Wasn't able to match color of old ceiling

In all fairness to the folks in the Paint Dept., I didn't have a very big piece of ceiling sheetrock to computer-match, and it had acoustic popcorn on it, which makes for an even tougher time getting a close match. Terrible paint.

I am a professional home remodeler. I bought this paint in order to save a customer a few bucks on a small project. It was used to paint some shelves that were installed in the kitchen. Olympic paint is terrible for not covering and this is no different. I thought the self-priming would be different, however, their paint continues to be watered down, does not cover and ends up costing me more because I have to buy more paint to cover what Valspar usually covers in 1 coat after primer. Covered spots I needed

I needed to touch up a whole area on the porch. I picked this to try and make it work. Lowes matched the color from the chip I brought in and it worked great. Only 1 coat was needed.

One coat accomplished objectives

Used on previously aged white wainscot on ceiling in the Alabaster HGSW4031 colorway, to create illusion of larger room. Goes on incredibly smooth in one coat. Also used this paint in a Upward colorway HGSW1361 Jay Blue with roller brush over tempered hardboard in one coat. Covered 6-8x4 ft wall boards with plenty leftover for touchups. Very happy with it!

Wallet Ouch Goodbye!

This paint is high quality, low cost. Have used it on several furniture products, kitchen cabinets. Paint is of a nice consistency rolls out well cleans up great. Excellent adhesion to surfaces with little prep before hand. Dries quickly. This paint is a great value, extensive color chart to from which to choose. Comes in quarts fro smaller projects. Line does not have eggshell finish. Satin.

Perfect for Patching!

Needed a good product that covered well as we are putting up our house for sale. The team there got the perfect match as to what we needed and then paint went on well even with out putting down a primer. Dried beautifully and you can't tell till you get up close and see some of the brush strokes. Would absolutely buy again!

Does what it says on the tin

Coming from the UK and not used to the paint here in the USA, I was pleasantly surprised that this paint covered all types of material (wood, wallpaper, plaster etc) very easily and only needed a second coat where previous paint was a dark colour. Would certainly use again.

Great paint. Used for repainting a chair.

I had an older rocker that needed repainting. I sanded it down to give the new paint something to grab onto, and repainted it with this new Olympic Icon at the suggestion of the Lowes paint dept person. It went on smooth, dried fast, and even though it did take two coats (expected), the end result was very good. I'm really liking this new generation of paints at Lowes

Perfect match

I had a small paint job to do, but it had to match an existing paint. After painting with this paint it is impossible to see where I painted. I even can't find it and I painted it...!!! The paint went on smooth, and a second coat was not necessary. Very pleased with the spread of the paint and how if flattened out afterwards. I would buy this product again.

Perfect match!

Had to repair a hole in the ceiling and took in a sample to match. The computer matching system at Lowe's reproduced the color perfectly!
