Octans Seraphina Gray Steel Frame Rocking Chair with Tan Sling Seat

Never Received

I ordered the chairs around the first of September and still haven’t received them or a refund. I’ve talked to customer service several times and nothing gets done. It’s still showing as being shipped but stopped there. I don’t know if it’s still at Lowe’s or if it’s at Fed Ex. It’s very frustrating trying to get this straightened out.

Comfortable & durable

It goes perfectly on our side porch and i love to sit in it and read a book while hubby works outside. Nice relaxing rocker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The look and comfort of this rocket is great. It is a bit lower than expected which makes it hard for my grandmother to get out of it. Color had a bit of black hues in the grey which I liked. Assembly was a bit difficulty but it came together nicely. Overall I would recommend if being low is ok for you.

Easy set up

Lightweight, sturdy, and comfortable

Overall, it was a simple assembly. Lounger Needs Additional Tools Required

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed better quality tools to put together for this “lounger.” It sits reclined back and wasn’t totally uncomfortable. It needs more of a curve at the bottom however, as it cuts into the back of your knees. Would work for looks and a short rock, but wouldn’t recommend long stays.
