Oatey Vivante 4-in Stainless Steel Square Shower Drain with Square Pattern

Terrible Customer Care

Your website says that returns are easy. Nothing is further from the truth! The process takes me back to a page that says that the product has been delivered but there is no link to start the online return. Calling the "Customer Care" number on the website I was told that I have to bring the product to a store which is 50 miles away. I will never order anything on-line from Lowe's again!

The fixture is beautiful. It goes very nice in my shower and it works great. Really enjoy it Jesus.

Great prosuct

Bought this to replace one that had been damaged. Looks great and works great.

Looks great and drains well

Bought this for my total master bathroom reno. At first I thought I might need the 6x6" drain but the shower only has a 12 square foot floor so I went with the 4x4" drain. This can handle a lot of water which won't matter in California since the state has unreasonably cut down the maximum GPM for faucets and showers. The cover lifts off for to access the hair catcher cup underneath.

Quality drain, questionable cover plate

Overall mixed reviews. base of product screwed in easily as expected to drain base. however, the drain cover/insert was difficult to remove out of the frame. ended up bending it, even using the hook. was able to get it replaced, but was not expecting this to occur

Difficult to remove top

This drain looks great in my new shower, but the top part is very difficult to remove even with the provided tool. The basket catch is a great idea but is very small and fills up with hair very fast. It is such a chore trying to pull the drain up to get to the basket every month.

No wow factor. Works as it should

I wish it was a little more sturdy however it works for what it's needed for.

Stainless steel drain looks great!

The 6 inch stain steel drain cover has been installed and looks great! We are still working on the remodel.

Spa feel

Love the look of this drain. It gives the shower a spa like look. The tile blends seamlessly with the floor tile. Love the look!

Great fit

Drain fits and works great. Love the black look
