What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the drain's modern, spa-like aesthetic and straightforward installation. The stainless steel and matte black finishes are celebrated for elevating shower appearance while remaining affordable. Most reviewers highlight seamless integration with various tile patterns and effective drainage performance. The adjustable height and simple setup appeal to both DIYers and professionals. The built-in hair catcher adds practicality, though some note it requires frequent cleaning. A few report minor durability concerns with the matte black finish or unclear instructions, but these are isolated. Overall, customers consider it an excellent value that transforms shower aesthetics effortlessly.

Clean and beautiful

Would Recommend

I'm remodeling an alcove shower and wanted to swap out the drain from the builder-grade circular drain that was in place to something with a little more flair. The brushed gold color is beautiful and the assembly fits together very well. The hair catch has a silicon seal around the base, which will prevent escapes into the drain. The grate fits neatly into the opening, and the lift key works great. Excellent product.

Terrible Customer Care

Would Not Recommend

Your website says that returns are easy. Nothing is further from the truth! The process takes me back to a page that says that the product has been delivered but there is no link to start the online return. Calling the "Customer Care" number on the website I was told that I have to bring the product to a store which is 50 miles away. I will never order anything on-line from Lowe's again!
