Useless fan
No air nothing. It’s an expensive showpiece . I would not recommend.

Ordered this fan for my granddaughter and myself in April 2024, and now the fan quit working in July 2024. Thankfully, I purchased a plan for replacement and repairs and will be submitting a request for it. The app is impossible to set up, and the remote doesn't work to cut the light off and on, I've changed the batteries almost twice a month.
Beautiful while it lasts
Purchased 2 and it was working good for a little while. I replaced the batteries 3 times in one month which was odd for a little remote but now the fan won't cut on at all. I have to flip my light switch just to get the light to turn off and on.
Disappointed buyer
need to tell people how long it will take for shipping. I would've bought something else. I'm not sure I want the fans now. I'm not a happy person right now with lowes. Need to put estimated date on sight before one orders.
