Simple, useful kitchen tool that saves space
I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. The OXO 2-in-1 strainer and stopper is really convenient and easy to use. I like that it works as both a strainer and a stopper, so I don’t need multiple tools. It fits well, drains quickly, and feels sturdy. It’s simple but very practical and definitely useful to have in the kitchen.

Design flows
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good, but has two design flaws: 1. Have to stop water from running to empty it, otherwise?. . . Can't lift it up to empty the debris caught in the strainer because the rubber strainer inverts itself upwards and all the stuff that was caught spills back out all over the sink, defeating the purpose of using it in the first place. 2. It's tough to clean out the debris into the trash without at least lightly knocking on the edge of the stoppe...

difficult to clean
This is one OXO product that should have had the design cancelled. Did they not prototype it? It gets nasty and is a pain to clean, at the end of the wash - I don't have a dishwasher, not that I really think it would help. I'll go back to the $2 strainer
