Purchase these blinds when gotcthem home the brackets wasn't in box, went back to Lowe's to get brackets from another box floor associate said he couldn't open another box get brackets, finally talked to store manager got brackets from another box, but them up easily, Stephanie the head cashier was the most helpful getting manager for me and fix my problem

blinds works great but didn't have brackets in package return to store ti get brackets from another package, if hadn't been for Stephanie the head cashier I would have to make another trip to store the floor associate refused to open another box and get brackets for me, Stephanie talked to store manager got brackets and installed blinds in a few minutes.
