Not comfortable

The mattress is not sufficiently padded. I can feel the springs on my back. Also, the description says it a medium firmness but I sink too much into the mattress almost bottoming out. I’ve been having back pain since I started using it.

This mattress has been the worst mattress we have ever purchased for our family. We purchased two of these mattresses in November and even then I could tell they were not great. The edges of the mattress sink really badly, so much so that my son ended up having to stuff pillows there to support the edges. Now, after only 8 months of owning these mattresses this is what it looks like. My suggestion is to pay a little more so you don’t have to deal with this cheap crap.

This has proven to be the best mattress I've purchased in years! Excellent comfort and firmness, not too firm. It contours perfectly for pain points and relief. Highly recommend for anyone!
