Would not recommend for 1 3/8" door
I purchased this hardware last year for a seasonal use property I have. I just got to building the closet and ready to hang the doors. No matter what I do, the hardware on the front door hits against the back door making it impossible to slide the doors. I checked to see that I had the rollers (#1 and #2) on the correct doors (back and front). My door is 1 3/8" thick and these hangers/rollers obviously are not for a standard door thickness even though the description states otherwise. Not sure h...

Complete set; fairly easy to install.
The plastic fingers should be a little longer on the floor gizmo that aligns the two doors. My floor is somewhat unlevel, so one of the two doors has to be high off the floor to compensate, making the fingers aligning the two doors a bit short.

Product was fine, needed a 48" track-website said store had ten 48" kits in stock; went to store and there was only 1, and it was damaged. Had to spend extra $$$ for a 60" track and wasted 12". Nice gimmick to get people to pay more.
