Three adapter rings are included to fit round head flashes, square head Speedlites, and video lights with a compatible mount. The round head ring features a built-in buckle for a secure twist-lock fit, while the square head ring uses two tightening knobs and includes a cold shoe for accessory expansion. Both ring types are adjustable to accommodate different flash head sizes.
