The built-In sizzle zone head with two infrared burners features a roll top lid, just like our full sized grill heads; includes a convenient warming rack and napoleon's classic stainless steel wave cooking grids. The sizzle zone works by forcing gas through a ceramic plate filled with gas, which is then ignited. The ceramic glows red hot, reaching temperatures of 1,800°F in seconds. This is infrared heat. Far less gas is used, saving you time and money on your next grilled meal.
