The product is fine but finding the part was time consuming. At no fault of Lowes associate, customers are bad about discarding unneeded parts into the nearest bin. I found the 1/2”x 3/8” bushing in an unrelated 3/8” bin. I usually spend a good amount of time relocating parts as I run across them. We need some way to simplify packaging and bin labels.
