Great customer service, terrible mower

I am on my third one. First two were replaced at no charge due to a bad board and a bad battery. Customer service at Redback was great. The third one drives around great and goes hours on a charge. Problem is, it gets stuck about 3 times every mowing. If the grass gets long at all, it cannot drive in it. The design is very front heavy and just can't seem to make a turn. Also, it spends a large amount of time driving around and not cutting. After it mows the perimeter, it stops cutting. When...

Decent performance for lower price

I like the mower for its features, height djustment, lock, etc. The only problem right now is the wheels spinning too easily. Would work better with rubber tires.

Overpriced

Yeah it works but I have to do so much extra than just run it along with the fact that it randomly stops and cuts uneven

We love the way it cuts and it saves us soooo much time.

not worth the price but works

Had it for a week and returned it. Cuts really well when it works but required too much attention which defeats purpose of the purchase and at price point. Mowes randomly so does need a few days to cover and even out lawn. Burrying wite sucks. No app gets stuck at. Least once per day on nothing. A time saver!

I love my robot mower. I call him Herbert. I hate mowing and he has saved me a lot of time and energy. There are some caveats... he doesn't like mud or wet grass. He slips or he has trouble getting his "footing". Sometimes he views taller grass as an "obstacle" and he turns around. He seems to "like" one part of the yard more than the other. I also haven't quite figured out how to get him to start up again without dragging him back to the base station. He's not perfect. But then, who is?

pretty good

I have this and its pretty good for the money . i know what to do to set it up . it is working at our house near the Norwich store . i am considering a closing job in the lawn dept. - i could help customers answer questions about some of these products.
