Modern look and solidly built
Easy install (after we verified which valve we had). Quality finish and feels solid and study. Anxious to see how it holds up over use.

Useless due to play in bracket/set screw size.
The system to attach the handle to the valve is ridiculous. The handle is so wobbly it is not worth it. I have mounted and unmounted the handle three times and have reviewed the installation instructions to no avail. The play in the holes and the width of the plastic bracket the handle is supposed to go onto is not working for me. I purchased all moen parts to try to avoid cheap nonsense, I am open to being instructed about what I am missing, but this is a huge disappointment.

Gibson - Poor Install Tolerances
The specification and install images show the controls very close to the escutcheon plate. It's a nice look and why it was selected. The way this was installed, there is a huge gap between the controls and escutcheon plate. According to Moen, this is perfectly acceptable. It looks unfinished and like a mistake. Very disappointing.
