Lowe’s makes extra effort
The towel ring was a replacement & hard to find but Lowe’s had one left. However a part (wall mount bracket). Lowe’s customer service couldn’t help but the store on Pleasant Valley Parkway found a part to use. Moen never responded to my email.

It is a pretty towel ring. I have no idea about things like how long it will last because it is new. It blends well with my faucets and I like the look and size.
