What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise shower faucets and showerheads for reliable performance, attractive brushed nickel finish, and straightforward installation. Many highlight the stylish modern design that enhances bathrooms, single-handle temperature control, and convenient multiple spray patterns with spot-resistant finish. Reviewers consistently express loyalty, citing quality construction and brand trust as reasons for repeat purchases and strong recommendations. A small group reports minor issues including occasional leaks around connections, handle loosening over time, or water pressure fluctuations. Despite these isolated concerns, most customers consider the product a worthwhile upgrade.

The temperature limit can be a little tricky. Take your time with it. Also very good value. If you’re buying a replacement cartridge they cost $72 so you might as well buy this whole set that includes a cartridge.

Drain problems

 Would Not Recommend

The pop up drain is nice, but it seems that ours (which is only 2 years old) doesn't want to hold water in our bathtub. It makes a vibrating sound and we're constantly having to adjust it and fix it. Looking into a replacement.
