Zero fly control
The flies are still getting in through the window via the moisture drainage holes, via the screen frame, via every other possible opening in these Trinsic single hung and slider windows. The only good feature about these windows is the new lock. Other than than, don’t bother with these windows unless you want to be Lord of the Flies in your neighborhood. Looking forward to looking at a complete let down for the rest of my days in this house.

There windows…
The windows function well and are well sealed. But the amount of scratches and scuffs on them at deliver was horrid. They really need to fully wrap and protect each window better for shipment and storage by their resellers. Sure i could have denied the order delivery but than what wait another 3-6 months with no guarantee the next batch will be any less scuff and scratch free. At some point you just need to move on. But I kind of wish I had bough different windows because of this and I can’t re...

Installers were very professional, one window did arrive broken but seemed to still perform well in 100+ Temps. Broken window is scheduled for reacement. So far very pleased with product.
