The second delivery was perfect. The first delivery was 8 x 3 feet size, the purchase order clearly called for 8 x 12 feet. I sent it back and sent my helper team back to their base. When I called to explain the situation the Lowe’s team kept informing me product was delivered and purchase order closed. Damaged panels

All the panels came damaged all scratches and dented, the lowes delivery drive gave false information about exchanging/returning information. I tried to reject the delivery but they wouldnt take it back. Once I talked to the lowes delivery manager he said that's how they send panels out and he will double check the yard if they have any good ones. He said he would call me back and no one has yet to call me back. I also paid for delivery.

Load or supervise your own merchandise

All three sheets were scratched. I have tried to contact the manager. I left messages and was told he would call back. HE NEVER CALLED! I have photos but the site won’t let me upload them
