Junky machine and replacement plan is poor

Bought the unit and replacement plan in Feb of 2024. Machine stopped working on 10/31/25 and they are not planning to come until 11/13. This is not acceptable to not be able to do laundry for two weeks. The AI assistant keeps changing my service date. This will be my last appliance purchase from Lowes

Don't trust the water level sensors

If you use the sensor programs clothes do not get enough water. Do not use the economy setting, it takes over 2 hours to complete the job. How anyone thinks that running for 2 hours saves electricity I will never figure out. Also make sure you are tall enough to reach the bottom, my wife is 4'11'' and can't reach the clothes in the bottom. The agitator doesn't pull the clothes down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the amount of money I paid for this washer, I certainly expected it to be worth the money. Yes, it has a lot of bells and whistles. Thankfully for YouTube, I was able to learn how to change the language (Maytag help line or manuals were helpful). What I like the least is how it leaves spots on clothing from what I think is fabric softener, thus causing to re-wash clothing. I wish I would have gotten a different model.

Too little water, no operator manual, loud bearing

Complete Garbage

This think crapped out after less than two years. First the wi-fi stopped working and then it would randomly not finish a cycle. Then it started making a really loud noise while on the spin cycle. Frustrated

Bought this to replace our 6yo one that was on it’s way out ( wanted to replace it before it died completely). This is the same model number as our old one, and we liked the features so went for round two. It’s very nice looking but the selector areas look nothing like old one. Disappointed

I have had this washing machine for around a year. I found a method to get stains out of clothes and that’s when I discovered you can’t soak clothes in this washing machine. Why would anyone make a washing machine where you can’t easily soak clothing? This is a horrible design flaw. I would do your research before buying this. There has to be better out there.
