The new washer & dryer delivered today. The test cycle done by the installers who were great everything worked fine. A couple of hours later I do my first load of laundry. The washer worked perfectly but the dryer tells me I need to close the door when I try to start the dry cycle. The door is closed. Maytag

Purchased Maytag washer and dryer set and it was delivered. After using washer for the first time, it leaked water during spin cycle, all over my new flooring. Leak was from hose & clamp underneath the washer. Washer must have been damaged during shipment. Lowe’s picked up the defective washer and replaced/delivered another one, same model. I haven’t had any issues since I received the replacement washer. I gave only 4stars because initial washer was defective, no one from Lowe’s explained to us...

The timing was great, as our old dryer’s ability to regulate heat went out and we needed a new one. The dryer set up and install was easy, with basic step. Getting the dryer to actually turn on was a test of my patience. The dryer kept giving me a message stating that the door was open when it definitely was not open. After calling Lowes for help and finding out Lowes customer service ended the minute the dryer left the store, I was ready to load the 100+ pound paperweight back up and return it. Much to say New Dryer is Good & Needs Improvement

Impressed so far

Would Not Turn On After 2 Days/Horrible Experience

Dryer was delivered on Tuesday and stopped turning on Thursday. By the time it stopped working, I was just past the 48 hour return deadline and this experience became a total nightmare. A regrettable experience

Please, I plead with you to find another product to buy. This is not a good one. It stopped drying clothes after less than 3 months of purchase. It has been a horrible experience simple because the so called one year warranty is a joke. They will give you so much run around you would get frustrated and almost give up.
