I bought this dryer for a custom home, so it sat in my builder's warehouse for a year. When I finally got to move into my new house and attempted to use the dryer, the heating element was dead on arrival. I needed to call a repairman to have the heating element replaced. It now works, but the drum light comes on every time you start a new drying cycle and has to be manually turned off or it will stay on through the entire cycle.

Overall Good Dryer that Gets the Job Done

It dries without over-drying the clothes if medium heat is used. I don't really every use high heat on any of my clothes or household items that I dry. LOVE MY NEW DRYER!

I was super excited to get this upgrade- we have three dogs and the pet pro option is amazing! It helps capture the dog hair and leaves our clothes free and clear of it! I loved the dryer so much that I purchased the washer to match right away! The drum size is huge and plenty big to dry a comforter. I would recommend this dryer to anyone that has pets. It’s worth every penny!!

Big Mistake

Powering on the dryer for each use takes minutes of pressing buttons, unplugging, waiting 30 seconds, plugging in. Then more button pressing, holding it down with two fingers. You watch the dyer reboot, hope it does not shut off. If it does, you start all over. Sometimes I just give up. I wish I would have read the reviews before buying.

Start button could be an issue !!!

Sometimes I try a shot push then when it doesn't start and come to life I do a longer push on the button. After about 5 minutes or so it eventually comes to life. It could be a bad switch or something but it shouldn't take 5 minutes or more of playing with the start button
