Roof fan
I came to find out the savings this fan has made. By this fan motor running, my a/c has cut back a lot because of the heat that is removed from space. I have a one floor house so the area above is just a place for wires, insulation etc. What made me notice the excess heat a few years ago was the light condensation (sweat) starting to form in the lower floor's ceiling in places. Proper size for your house and proper installation
I like everything about this fan. It has a good warranty and I expect it to out-do the warranty by a long time. I chose the color to blend in with my roof shingles and it looks fine and it's quiet, too. Heat and humidity were starting to show - I could see my bathroom ceiling sweating. This fan cured all of that and eventually this moisture could ruin a ceiling. I had a nearby electrician install mine and through our conversations found he had installed many of these fans (he said hundreds)...
