They are designed with upper and lower steel ball bearing systems for years of trouble-free operation. The adjustable base allows for installation on virtually any roof, from 2:12 pitch up to 12:12 pitch.

DOUBLE CHECK TO SEE IF IT WILL ADJUST TO GET LEVE
PRICE WAS GOOD BUT AFTER I CUT THE OPENING OUT AND HAVING NO TIME DUE TO RAIN STARTING, I FOUND OUT THAT THE ADJUSTMENT WAS NOT TRIMMED RIGHT AND A THIN METAL SHAVING WAS LEFT THE WHOLE WAY AROUND AND THIS WAS AFTER IT WAS NAILED DOWN, SOMETHING LIKE A CAN OPENER THAT NOT WORKING RIGHT.. I HAD TO PUSH SO HARD IT WAS BENDING THE METAL.. AFTER FIGHTING IT FOR 15 MINUTES I FINALLY GOT IT AROUND BUT COULDN'T GET IT TO FULL LEVEL BUBBLE AND IT STARTING TO RAIN. NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
