works well, but rusting after 4 years
After almost 4 years on a roof in central NC, they still spin freely and work well. But you can see in the photo that a lot of rust is forming, which is disappointing.

Test before hiring installer.
One of the turbines was defective. Made noise when spinning. I returned it but replacement was not available. I will have to pay installer twice .

Excellent replacement vent
Easy to install on an existing vent stack that was storm damaged. Note: this is turbine top only. We went with this option because the vent tube and flashing were still intact with roof and in good shape.
