Looks over practicality
Love the look of the door. Very heavy, much heavier than a solid wood door. Used it for a sliding barn door installation. The bolts that hold the rails for the two rollers literally compressed the product to get the bolts tight enough. Nothing horrible but something I instantly noticed even after painting. Really don't feel the door would allow a hinged installation due to weight and the porous glue and wood construction. I am a contractor.
