Engineered to meet Warnock-Hersey standards for long lasting durability and performance, this fire rated door offers a 90-minute neutral pressure fire rating, one standard hinge, two spring-loaded hinges and includes a primed steel frame. Pre-primed and ready to paint, the door is pre-drilled to accept most handle sets (sold separately).

Fire Door terrific, Door frame a different story, no instructions, no online install videos from Masonite, wasted an inordinate amount of time on this on phone and online with Masonite, Lowes Mgr tried but limited on information as we were.

NO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED
Bought this door recently and there are no installation instructions available on this crappy app or on the masonite website. Good luck getting through to customer service for either company to get the proper instructions. Absolutely ridiculous expecting people to install with no instructions anywhere online

Masonite Fire Door Sold at Lowes
We purchased (ordered) this Fire Door (90) Min. at Lowes on 4/10/24. Finally received the door at the begining of June 2024. Upon delivery (Pick-up) we saw no dents. After opening the cardboard box it was in, a dent was discovered. By the way we were supposed to be called or texted that the door was in, well neither happened.
