Nice door, minor problems

Since you asked. (1) Discovered the door painted surface had been scrapped on one side. Then when I could not get the door level, (2) discovered the outer trim was not mounted correctly and had to have 1/8 to ¼ inch sanded off the trim bottom to get the door level. Then when installing the door knobs, (3) discovered the holes were drilled so the latch is at the very bottom of the holes. This made the deadbolt rub the bottom of the plate so the plate had to be filed down to stop that. The ...
