We had to spend time modifying the door hinges in order to get the door to align and close properly. Hinge screws were not drilled and screwed in properly, causing the door to push against the hinges. the bottom jam hinge was recessed too deep and required a filler piece to make it flush with the jam. Very poor quality control.

there's not even cardboard around the brickmould or frame. no plastic on the glass either. It's well constructed, but the packaging is so bad that even the best one from lowes had scuffs all over it.

Took the challenge of buying Steel Doors from LOWES, I totally can say I wasn't disappointed...Prehung is always the way to go, so simply and so much easier.
