It's Cheap for a Reason

The price on this shower is low and so it's to be expected that the quality of the materials will be low also. It's a very nice design and the doors are my favorite part. I wish the plastic of the walls and floor were thicker and more sturdy. The floor has way too much give around the drain when I step on it. I have a feeling it's only a matter of time before it will crack. I'm very careful with the walls, because I think too much pressure will break them also. I've added extra caulk beyond w...

Worst Customer Service Experience at Lowe’s

Would not have purchased this shower! Poor quality and where the turn on/off plate is the area is rounded and you must put caulking on it to keep it from leaking back thru. Wish I had bought one like I had before, Make, sure you check it out before buying!

The project did take longer than expected but the shower works. its Not perfect but it works and looks good.

the parts are not labeled so it's a guessing game

none of parts are labeled spend 2 months playing a guessing game as to what screws went where. and this shower is not recommended for moblie homes celling are too low see pictures as to why. we had to build a platform because of drain. But we got it in and it's staying.

The instructions for this were poorly written and misleading and it caused unnecessary and costly delays in construction.

Damaged and flimsy

Had to order this and wait for it. Contractor discovered damaged product after inspection from damaged packaging. The walls are so thin and cheap. I don't recommend for coupled showers or children's bathrooms.
