Lowes failure
Condensed story. Hired Lowes to install doors. They sent two companies, one couldn’t do much of anything and other was and ordered yet when they got product they sent first guy that couldn’t do it and insulted me than sped off hitting me in driveway with his trailer. Reordered product after fighting for refund on job cancelled by Lowes and when I finally got it, it was not handled or packed correctly and had damage and had a lil girl delivering it and she needed my help to unload. Lowes is awful...

great combo door and sidelight

Poor construction
Spent a lot of money for a door where the sidelight has thrown off the height of the upper jamb and the door itself is not square. Will have to re-rout the hinges too so that the door doesn't drag on the sill. Will already have to replace the bottom weather stripping after less than 6 months and the plastic plugs for the sidelight are too small as they over drilled the holes. No help from Lowes about any of this. Can't get a hold of anyone.
