Unit was unsafe- tab to remove cover not attached

Product would be great, EXCEPT the tag to open the cover and take out the extinguisher was not attached to the cover. No easy way to open the case- LAST thing you'd want in case of a fire. Lowes did NOT reimburse me the shipping cost, and they required me to return in a store even though I purchased online. Inconvenient.

Pull tab came out without lifting cover

I would absolutely give this a zero rating if I could. I purchased 2 of these, followed instructions by pulling on the pull tab, and in both cases, the tabs just pulled straight out WITHOUT lifting the covers. The covers are then incredibly difficult to remove without some kind of mechanism, clearly unacceptable if this was a real fire. I will return both. Oh, and neither came with mounting screws like they were supposed to.
