What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise this thinset mortar for exceptional bonding strength and ease of application. Reviewers consistently highlight its smooth, workable consistency, reliable performance with large-format and heavy tiles, and no-sag properties ideal for vertical installations. Many report tiles holding securely for years without failure, with several noting they've switched to using it exclusively on job sites. The product delivers predictable, consistent results that professionals trust repeatedly. A few mention minor inconveniences like bag dispensing or isolated packaging issues, but these rarely diminish overall satisfaction. Most consider it worth the investment for dependable performance.

Works well once you dial in consistency

Would Recommend

I’m a DIYer so it took me a bit to get the hang of using this thinset. Getting the right consistency was tricky. I worked in small batches. The dust will make everything taste bitter for hours so wear a good mask and mix it outside. Once on the wall, it was easy enough to work with and the backsplash is rock solid.
