Been wanting to get this kind of lock for awhile now but have not seen one that I want. But when we were out of town, I accidentally saw an Ad while browsing on my phone. Perfect timing. Very happy with it.

Fantastic Product, Fantastic Support

I already had the Lockly Facial Recognition installed on my backdoor and loved it. So I was excited to get the Lockly Vision Elite Video Smart Lock installed on my front door. It is just as wonderful. The product is so easy to use and works exactly as advertised. The doorbell camera is great and you can customize all the settings in the app.

Brilliant Security Solution

After careful research I selected this as our new front door lock. From the start it was a quality experience. It was like unboxing a new Apple product. The packaging all spoke “care, and class”. The lock units are exceptionally well constructed. The provision of the wifi hub, and two battery packs is a very thoughtful and complete touch. I love my new lock. I’ve had it for six months real user-friendly.

No fingerprint, no problem.

Love everything about this product. The only issue we are having is the fingerprint reliability. Even though it takes multiple scans of your finger and works immediately thereafter, the very next day it does not. We just did a firmware update, I’m hoping that it will improve. If it does, I will be happy to update this review. Everything else it claimed works beautifully. Overall, we are very pleased.

All-In-1 solution, DIY Install, Feature-Full yet Easy to Use

Great features but needs improvement

The lock was great when everything worked good video recording, good safety with the shuffling of number(really loved this feature) good audio, but once the hub went bad it was only good for local connection via bluetooth and if you try to reset using the lockly guide for setting up a new hub it will end up as junk. Lockly need to implement the actual wifi card inside the lock and improve the design with rechargable battery(would need to swap out rechargeable energizer batteries every month)
