100 qt pot, basket, and lid

The only thing that would make this whole outfit 100% better would be stainless steel pot, basket, and lid. The twist and drain is smart, the lid holder I love it. I'm wanting to buy another one but I hate the oxidation of the aluminum and the staining. If having an option to upgrade to stainless people will pay for the convenience factor alone... Please take my money

AMAZING!

#gotyourback I recently purchased this kit and couldn't be happier! The jet burner brings 50-55 quarts to a boil within 15 minutes! This thing is perfect for the MANY boils I do, especially since now all our family boils are at my house :) The lid hook is awesome, the craftsmanship of the kit is second to none, but hands down, the best feature is the twist and drain points followed by the sure spark. Loco needs a QA department

Bought at local Lowe's store. Got home and unpacked it - no burner was included. And I had a crawfish boil a couple of days later. I messaged Loco - waited a couple of hours - no reply. So I pack everything back up, head back to Lowe's and exchange it for another one. Checked to make sure this one had a burner ... which it did. OUTSTANDING Customer Service

Bought the last 100qt. cooker from my local Lowes on Sunday. Unpacked it and found that the lid was severally dented and bent as well as the pot being a little dinged. Reached out to LoCo customer service on Monday evening explaining the situation and asking for a resolution. Received a response first thing Tuesday morning. I provided the requested pertinent information Tuesday evening. Thursday afternoon I have a new, undamaged lid and pot sitting on my front porch. Can't wait to get my boil on...

Crawfish kit

Bought this as a last minute replacement for a single burner boiler for my family's Mother's Day weekend crawfish boil. So glad I did! This thing went together fast. Everything worked perfectly and it helped me cook my entire sack of crawfish in about 1/3 the time of my other burner. Love the lid holder and the twist and steam/drain features. If you're gonna boil crawfish, and you don't want to screw around look into one of these guys. I'm very pleased.

Cheap

On father's day weekend this year we were cooking crawfish. Since the flame went out while we were boiling we had to take the pot off and set it down. In doing so, somehow the bottom corner got a large dent in it. Just be aware the pots are not very heavy duty and customer service on their website has not been quick. For the price it is nice to be able to get everything you need to cook though. Maybe if they sold replacement pots that would be helpful.

Perfect size for big family gathering

This set is awesome quality and huge size for the price. No Corgis we’re harmed for this review…but our 35lb corgi fit with plenty of room for vegetables. Sadly as always with Lowe’s…it arrived damaged. And of course you have to unbox the entire thing to find out the extent of the damage. Luckily the damage won’t affect the use, but it is very annoying to pay a lot of money for dented and scratched items that are brand new.

Top Notch

Just purchased the 100qt and cooked 2 sacks of wonderful crawfish. Boiled quick and cooked perfectly. Had an issue with something with first cook. I emailed Loco and they replied back very fast. The next day they had a replacement piece in the mail to me. One of the quickest customer service response's I have ever had and they made it right. Will defined conduct business with this company in the future. Keep up the great work.

Junk melted while making gumbo

On second use, the aluminum melted prior to a rolling boil. I had the burner only about half way open and still melted. Also, could never get the push button start to work. It would spark but never light. I just used a stem lighter instead. When I attempted to contact support, they want everything through email. Yeah... It is going back to Lowe's.
