Has to be installed perfectly. No margin for error. Opening up the package one of my locks became stuck. I now have a defunct lock I bought that simply can’t be installed. Super big packaging and design glitch

Bought second and a spare due to great price.

Have used the original for a couple of years now, works pretty well. Installation was a little problematic, but that was more the door frame than the lock.

Product does not work as advertised. It is a very cumbersome product and I regret buying it.

Extremely disappointing, especially for the money

Purchased this lock seven months ago now, had problems from the start. I have over 30 emails back and forth with customer support, have uninstalled and reinstalled the lock no less than 6 times now. It worked sometimes early on, then would just stop. It would sometimes tear through batteries, sometimes they would last.
