Works better as a traditional lock than keyless entry

I really wanted this to work as we were in the market for a keyless entry, but unfortunately this item only works about 30% of the time, so we have to use the physical key. Love it it’s my second one
I upgraded from the level touch. Was kinda bummed I needed to switch locks since I fought the touch was pretty future proof and will get Apple HomeKey in a future update but it didn’t. Finally when I found someone to sell my level touch to, I decided to upgrade for Apple HomeKey. If I couldn’t sell it I would have probably ditched the upgrade as it is pretty expensive.

I love this lock!
I love this lock. It works wonderfully with Apple home and Siri as well as Apple Watch. I love that you cant tell it’s a smart lock. It’s also great to allow temporary access to guests. My only complaint is that the battery life is short and it doesn’t give much warning when the battery is running low. Make sure you have replacements on hand at all times!

I bought this for a condo we just bought out of state. We will be having contractors in and out and it is awesome to be able to assign a fob to each of them and track who goes in and out remotely. Super easy to install and the app is grest

Very practical
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was very easy to install and it looks very nice and sleek. I did some research online and my only concern that came up was the fact that the lock is easy to manually pick. We haven’t had any issues. It comes with two physical keys, card keys, and love that it has all. Battery replacement is super convention. Look is sophisticated. We are loving it!
